I've retired it to the medicine cabinet with bold letters written in permanent marker (do not use unless constipated). If you're looking for a natural fiber colon cleanse, I recommend Dr. Natura, Colonix fiber supplement (not the $80 kit, the $30 fiber powder supplement). The only thing that Colosan consists of is magnesium, and magnesium does one thing; makes things..."fluid". And we all know that diarrhea causes dangerous dehydration and no one wants that. I would recommend this product for an individual that is in need of loosing water weight fast...like military, or wrestlers before a weigh in, but otherwise if it's intention is for a "colon cleanse", I don't believe this is the product for you. ...
