... These things are great. Unlike regular Clif bars (which are also wonderful in their way) these contain no soy, which has become important to us.
Our kids would never touch any of these "meal replacement" snack bars (at least not the ones we'd buy) but the two of us rely upon them. We both work hectic, unusual schedules and sometimes it's necessary to have something wholesome and nutritious to get us through until a break.
Note that these contain some electrolytes, too. They've become a near necessity on camping trips for their quick boost of wholesome, nutritious calories.
Taste pretty good, too, though I do wish they were a bit less sweet.
