However, Muscle Milk packs in more nutrition in smaller package, as well as having the edge on flavor. My wife who LOVES chocolate milk thinks these are delicious. They've helped me in my muscle building goals, and they've helped her in getting her needed protein intake for a day since she is a vegetarian and sometimes finds it hard to get the right amount of protein.
