... Maybe I need to take more pills at one time but I have felt absolutely NO difference in my energy level nor my appetite. I am not a huge eater though do choose to eat at the wrong times of the day (night) when I'm calmed down for the day. I have taken this latter in the day to see if it may put a damper on my appetite but not felt anything...anything at all.
I am now on my third week of taking them consistently and think I am going to stop. If its not working why consume it.
