I've probably tried every diet product out there over the past 10 years, but this one was the only one that caused side effects for me...my mouth wouldn't stop watering and i was shivery and had goosebumps for 3-4 hours. i tried it 3 times to make sure something else was not the cause, but this was definitely it, all 3 times had the same reaction
