I loved this product!!! it's helped my appetite, i lost 10 lbs!! that i've been trying to lose through diet and exercise that i never could. i didn't take the recommended amount a day. I did less which ended up letting me take it for over a week. I love this stuff and will continue to purchase it. the only reason i gave it 4 stars is because its usually sold with the Orovo which i don't think is neccessary. and do note, once you stop taking it some of the fast lbs. do come back. ...
