... I would make sure this is what you're looking for before purchasing it. I didn't read carefully and didn't realize this is about 1000 calories, split pretty much evenly between carbs, fat, and protein. While the carbs and fat make it great as a pre-workout drink to give you some energy, they aren't useful after your workout. Otherwise, this tastes great and only takes about a minute to mix evenly if you're using a shaker.
Also, don't think that because this is 10 pounds that you're getting more for your buck. It requires 4 scoops which makes this still have only about 20 servings. ...
