... Folks, I just got this in the mail today. I haven't tried the product, and I'm sure it works great--it's got to--because these super duper "oxidation" pills are simply Magnesium pills!!!! I feel stupid now, because I have magnesium tablets here at home. I just wasn't thinking--and, if you notice, the supplement facts aren't given anywhere on the Amazon product description. I'll give them to you here: The "Supplement Facts" state MAGNESIUM 1740 mg (per 6 capsules). Folks you can get this at your local health food store, much cheeper.
The Directions on the Colosan capsules say to take 6 capsules with a twelve ounce glass of water--three times daily for five days for an initial cleanse. Colosan Capsules should be consumed on an empty stomach at least an hour before eating. Take six capsules weekly for maintenance. One or two can be taken as a stool softener.
If you buy magnesium tablets, you won't have to take 6 tablets at a time. This is because each magnesium pill has more mg's than Colosan. You could simply take as many magnesium pills that come close to 1740 mgs.. Welp, you live and learn. I hope I will have spared a few of you from falling for this--just buy magnesium.
