... These things are fantastic. They are big enough to replace a meal. Some meal replacement bars are just not enough to really replace a meal but these are. They taste REALLY GOOD. I have trouble not eating them just because they are good. The best part is the 32 grams of protein. I have no idea how they pack so much protein in these but you would have no idea it was a protein bar if it wasn't advertised as such. By substituting one of these for one of my AM meals I'm am getting the protein I need without having to cook, with less calories, and a tasty treat:). If i replace my after lunch meal it gives me lasting protein for my workout around dinner time. This has helped me become leaner.
